Bon Fête Bereavement & Loss Doula (BFBL) wants to remember and honor your pregnancy and loss as the experience of life and death that it is. There is no pregnancy too short. A baby is baby and a loss is a loss. We hope that we can just be a small light filled with options and peace in a space of darkness filled with fear and saddness. We do this by offering local resources all found in one spot as well as offering services as a loss and bereavement doula. Feel free to contact me directly here. As I am a certified loss and bereavement doula through www.stillbirthday.com. We don’t think any mama or family should ever go through this journey alone and we just want to offer support in any way possible.
About Your SBD Credential/ Certificate:
•Means that I am certified as a Birth and Bereavement Doula. Only SBD doulas have this legally reserved designation.
•Federally registered mark of approval of successful completion of the training and compliance with POS.
•The SBD credential of excellence distinguishes myself from others who have taken other trainings in that my stillbirthday credential and title is federally registered as well as recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This designation means that I am part of a globally respected organization in supporting families within the scope and role of a Birth and Bereavement Doula.
•Stillbirthday is the first doula credentialing body to maintain such an efficient structure of code of conduct and standards of excellence in our certified doulas.
•I support families no matter what turns there may be; I have committed to this depth of support so that you know that no matter the course of the birth journey, I am equipped to support you. (by slowing down, validating, providing options and supplementing resources, and serving according to our POS).
